Super 8 - Mainz, Germany

Super 8s in Germany are built different! I have been based in Germany for 2020 and had the pleasure of traveling to Mainz to photograph a new Super 8 that was recently opened there. Mainz is a quaint town that happens to be the birthplace of Gutenberg. I had a blast, not only doing the German hotel photography, but also wandering the winding streets of the old town.

Seaside Hotel North Vancouver - An Executive Hotel

Another stunning property by Executive Hotels & Resorts. I previously photographed the EXchange Hotel in Vancouver and I was happy when I heard that they wanted me to come back and shoot their brand new Seaside Hotel in North Vancouver. I had a great time staying here and shooting the property. The hotel has a unique style with breathtaking views of the downtown Vancouver skyline and is the jewel of The Shipyards development.

There is a beautiful restaurant on the property, so we made some nice images there as well. Very much recommend Seaside Hotel if you are ever in the area!

Homewood Suites by Hilton - Wilmington, DE

I flew out to Wilmington, Delaware to shoot a brand new Homewood Suites by Hilton Deleware, situated in the newly developed Riverside district. Though my architectural photography practice is based in Toronto, I’m always happy to hit the road and experience some new locations.

Hat-tip, as always, to Mother Nature for the killer sunset reflections on the evening that I chose to shoot the exterior.

Hilton Checkers - Los Angeles, California

I was fortunate to be selected to do hospitality photography at the iconic and historic Hilton Checkers in Downtown Los Angeles. This boutique hotel has over a century of history. It was filled with beautiful spaces and the rooftop patio was the literal cherry on top.

La Quinta - San Luis Obispo, California

As an international hospitality photographer based in Toronto, Ontario, I’ve had the opportunity to photograph many La Quinta hotels while travelling across America. But none as lovely as this particular location in beautiful San Luis Obispo, California. I was joined by the endlessly talented stylist, Thi Ngoc, who helped run the shoot with ease and aplomb.
